Can I find this information on my own...for free...?

Yes...All of the information that we present you can find on your own...but it might cost a lot more than the fee that we charge...remember we spent time, and money finding agencies and information throughout the United States...and what is the value of your time...worth...

Do you guarantee that I'll get a bank or financial institution foreclosed home...?

NO...remember all agencies have their own forms, procedures and review process to determine what deals they'll take...they have the final word...

You must make the contacts with the banks or financial institutions...and work out the price for the property...We don't have anything to do with your financing, credit, contracts...or negotiations...

Remember there are investors and others looking to buy foreclosures and auctions...also you're the only one that can guarantee that you'll get a foreclosure or auction property...If you don't do the work...you won't get anything...

I don't trust ordering on the internet can I order offline...?

Yes...we accept checks and money orders...made payable to XCELENS...the address is on the order page...

Do I have to Join Paypal to order...?

NO...you don't have to join Paypal to order our packages. We use Paypal's services because it's very secure.

Why do you call them packages if nothings coming in the mail...?

When XCELENS first started on the internet in 1997 the information about foreclosures and auctions was in book form. The book would be mailed to our member. We called it a "package". Though nothing is mailed to your home, and everything is located on the internet the word "package" just stuck with us.
